we need to go below 1800 to wash it out, then a rally above 2000, then sept/oct sell off, then I have no idea because of the election. I do think the DEM election will be bad for the market. Long term, more of the same. I see nothing that will change how we live, work, or play, like the PC and the internet has. So, sideways with bull runs and bear runs, but with little to no head way. Now, if we get the Zee disaster (not going to happen this year unless we are bombed in the states) then we can have long term bull run on price alone.
