Hi, Jim.

The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (also known as the 9-11 Commission), an independent, bipartisan commission created by congressional legislation and the signature of President George W. Bush in late 2002, is chartered to prepare a full and complete account of the circumstances surrounding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, including preparedness for and the immediate response to the attacks. The Commission is also mandated to provide recommendations designed to guard against future attacks.
The Commission will hold its eighth public hearing on March 23-24, 2004, in Washington, DC.

The Commission released its 2004 hearing schedule.

It's the geopolitics, stupid.
Saw things on 60 Minutes last night and on CSPAN today that I never thought would make daylight. Even the White House Press Corps looked present today. I think the ticket may be McCain & Hagel.
These things are moving exponentially. Moving train. Roller Coaster.

jim-

Spain taught us that terrorist intimidation can indeed influence a national election

maybe so, but dollars to donuts spain would
have ousted the sitting party even without the
terrorist attack happening.

their days were numbered when they joined
the coalition IMO. you don't go against 90%
of your constituents without getting tossed
out on your keester.
