None of the above companies have ever purchased, have offered to purchase, nor in the case of Airbus or Boeing have even mentioned SPD.

Not true. Aircraft Interior Show 2002 - the Airbus Corporate Jet mockup was part of the Aircabin exhibit at the Aircraft Interiors Conference/Expo in Hamburg, Germany in April 2002. Paid for and installed by Airbus.
