I don't recall screams when Ireland started getting all the call centers, so suspect maybe some racism is involved.

I think there is absolutely some anti-Asian bias involved, and it's sickening.

I think the motivation is more fear of massive job removal to somewhere where people earn 1/10th of what Americans earn. People know there is not that kind of differential between American and European wages.
