well anindo today in my search on hotjobs this is the first time I have seen real improvement in jobs listings. So I guess I'll have to listen to you when you say things are improving! This is a very good sign. Up until now the number of hotjobs postings for certain keywords were increasing but the majority was staffing firms and you never know if there is a real job there. Today I see that even Tellabs has a few jobs and Brocade and Autodesk. These firms weren't adding for a long time. Esp Tellabs, very good to see them recruiting.
