Elroy, I have a feeling you are now trying to sound authoritative, instead of being authoritative.

How about if you explain to fatty what a net listing is? And consider that the issue might not be any ownership by the agent listing the property. The issue is to find out who the owner(s) is/are. Fatty deserves this information. It's going to be harder to get, though, if the listing agent wants to obfuscate the situation and protect the seller(s).
