Chinu. You said...." We ask, is the world better off. Heck no. The terrorists are bombing at will and at a time of their choosing. ".....

Let me ask you something. Would it have been better to continue to appease islam terrorists or confront them head on. The war in Iraq certainly brought a good deal of the islam terrorists out in the open where they can be killed.

IMO when a war starts no one is safer until there is a winner. The outcome in this war is not in doubt islam terrorism will lose. Of course if we get a leader who will try to deal with islam terrorists the war will slow down and give the appearence that it has ended but this will only give islam terrorists the opportunity to infiltrate our countries even more than they already have.

Islam terrorism declared war on the USA years ago but it was ignored or in some cases appeased until Sept.11.

Islam had to be forced to look at themselves and the Iraq war has started this process. we can argue about his reasons for going into Iraq until we are blue in the face but we can't argue about the positive effect it has had on the surrounding islam dictated countries.

So In a way I sort of have to agree with you that at the present we are not safer but that is the nature of war until a winner emerges.

Do you think it would have been a wise move for president Bush to let sadam and iraq become more powerful while the USA conducted a years long war with islam terrorists?

President Bush was IMO absolutely correct in bringing the fight to islam terrorism in their own land. The problem as I see it was which country should the USA attack to cause turmoil in the world of islam. Yemen? they have islam terrorists, Saudi Arabia? Iran? etc.etc. Iraq was the only logical choice and IMO has everything to do with islam terrorism.

You have said over and over that President Bush has abandoned the war against islam terrorism. IMO he has forced the hand of islam terrorism, he has forced them to show themselves, he has forced them to move around to avoid being killed, he has forced them to make their last and final fight and that is what we can expect from islam terrorism. More islam terrorist atrocities as they slowly die.

Islam is the problem Chinu and at some point you will understand that.

IMO. There are many things that kerry and party could go after Prez. Bush about but the war against islam terrorism should not be one of them.
