I think they mean non-US primarily. International corporations really want off microsoft. My big concern with Novell was whether they were really willing to bite open source or not, but lately they have done some drastic things including putting this tool which was proprietary to SuSE into open source. Software as an investment isn't great here but open source is a pretty major shift. RHAT results are tomorrow, and I'm sure they will be good but after this correction the best we'll get is a rally back to Jan levels. Oh well!
