venezuela is a coal exporter, for both energy and steel making types, mainly to europe

venezuela exports oil to the us and bitumen (for energy) to china

i do not know about brazil

Data is old, 1981. Production was 9.8 million tons. Most from Brazil, Colombia and a very small amount from Ven.

Even if old I doubt that production has increased. Lived in Brazil, 65 - 67 and was unaware they produced coal.
