Re: During Nixon, the FBI followed Kerry around and tries to paint him as a criminal for his anti-war efforts. Ultimately to their dismay they discovered that he was not only a true patriot but was also genuinely interested in the cause he was fighting in the Senate. And he did so for the love of the country.

Nixon?! I'm afraid Nixon is a wrong parallel.... If anything, Kerry's presidency will be closer to Kennedy's --a kosher sequel of sorts. Who knows, maybe Prez John F. Kerry will even go as far as appointing his brother Cameron "Bobby" Kerry as Attorney General? Clue:

Right-o, Nixon did his dirty tricks on someone simply speaking his mind and found...no problemo. Ooops.

Kerry should draw the comparison between Nixon/Bush...it's the second coming and it's actually much worse if that's possible.

It's definitely much more global and cynical.
