Just back from Madeira. Wonderful place. Totally unreal in that it's almost paradise. "He visited the mosque every morning, right where he got liquidated. Israelis military police could have waited there and arrest him. He did never hide. There haven been opportunities 24/7 for at least 5 years." One shouldn't ask for logic, justice, and ordinary standards of decency in such situations. The sand box mentality dominates right now(You did this to me, I'll do the same or worse to you).

I think Israel should be commended for the restraint it has shown, could have killed the guy years ago. We get hit with a single terrorist attack and go apeshit, invading other nations without provocation. Israel gets hit with terrorist attacks on a regular basis, if it modeled its response after that of the U.S, the middle east would be a smoking ruin.

You seem to be under the idea that Israel has control of the territority in Gaza. They relinquished control of the cities in 1994. The PA was supposed to prevent terrorism, but of course, they didn't want to do that. Now, Israel can no more send a policeman to arrest anyone in Gaza City than the US can send a policeman to arrest Osama bin Laden in Tora Bora. It would take an invasion, with very high loss of civilian life. How is it that you are ignorant of this elementary fact?
