I have not clicked on the link, but based on your summary of what it says, even if it was a failure on Bush's part to not have come up with a plan to pursue Al-Qaeda within the first 8 months of his administration, I am pretty proud of how he reacted after September 11th.

We really took it to the Taliban and Al-Queda. Something that Clinton did not seem to have the courage to do. Invading Afganastan(sp?) was pretty bold knowing how tough a time the Soviets had with them.
