So glad to hear you are doing better now!!! And that gives me hope!! Went to the PT guy today....really nice guy, that seems to know exactly what he's doing...he does take his job seriously. The knee bend is 98 degrees so better than it was, but he wants 115, and max of 125...Doesn't think that it will be 135 like the other one. The arm/hand does need help, and will get some.

He worked on extentions today (yikkes!) ...I'm on ice now, and will be 4 times a day for awhile....the knee area is more swollen by 4 cm than the other one...I knew it was, but didn't know how much.

Have much better ability on raising the foot in the air and keeping it there, letting it down slowly.

And yes, I know I'll get better all the time....it's so much better than before surgery already. Even if he said today to take the heavier drugs before PT for the next 2-3 weeks...wants me to push it for that time, before the adhesions become like leather. Sighhhhhhh..
