No. He is a disgruntled employee who didn't get a promotion. You can't expect any administration to come up with a plan to rid the world of the largest and most dangerous terrorist organization and execute it within their first 8 months. Especially when the previous administration had 8 years to do the same thing, and accomplished squat.
