It's curious how much is being made of the fact that Yassin was in ill health, like if one has to be Olympic material to be an inspiration to terrorists. What about that old blind sick (or, "sickola" would be more appropriate) Sheikh, who blessed the first WTC bombing? My first thought re: Yassin liquidation was that maybe the Israelis are chancing it once again - and making yet another deal with Arafat. Powerful Yassin's death may weaken Hamas - and give Arafat a chance to consolidate his control.
