Doh, statehood was not the first item on Oslo's list, if it were at all. Oslo clearly laid out a framework for moving forward and Israel was largely sticking to the accord, and as I've said earlier, I'm hard pressed to think of single item in Oslo that the PA kept its word on. There's probably something, but their efforts at a negotiated peace were scant, if nonexistent.
