Hello Mary, <<But, as you have often said "crisis=opportunity". Why does this not apply now?>>

... because, in full, what I said was:
chaos = gift
crisis = partner
volatility = friend
lonely path = right way
survive = fight another day

<<I agree however, things do not look all that rosy at the moment ...>>

You may be focusing too much on the right and wrong, the killings and the economic boom, and not paying enough attention to the just is.

We must at times give chaos the right-of-way, watch crisis do its work, let volatility reach a crescendo, even as we, in the midst of chaotic crisis and terrible volatility, find and take the lonely path, survive so as to fight again. To do otherwise, well … may be foolish bravery or unwise bravado.

Fundamentally you may be altogether correct, about everything or just something.

I actually think all will work out OK, in the long run, however, in the mean nasty time, financial death this way comes.

So Mary, consider a hedge or some insurance Message 19947657 , do not tell the market where to go, and instead, allow its Force to guide you, to the dark side if necessary.

The market is not about right and wrong; it is about up and down.

Chugs, Jay
