Nice illustrative post. If costs can be passed on -- inflation. If they cannot be passed on, lower profits and lower employment. Pick your poison, Maestro.

P.S. It appears to me that these are bad circumstances for an historically overvalued U.S. stock market. On my personal investments, still patient. "Wait until you see the whites of their eyes."
