Hi Dale, Re: 'liberating Iraq' would lead to stable & lower oil prices... That is what was said, yes? There were so many pollyannish promises it's hard to remember them all. One of my favorite whoppers what Andrew Natsios, the Republican head of USAID telling us in April, 2003 that the reconstruction of Iraq would cost no more than $1.7 Billion, and he swore to it. Lately, the USAID website had an Orwellian deletion. Natsios' infamously bad prediction only exists elsewhere... ;')
