Nancy: Show proof of a sale of SPD. BS passed out by REFR or its lying licensees does not count. A verified arms length transaction would include the name of the purchaser, price paid for product, date of transaction, and place of installation. You are screwed Nacy. No one is buying your stock that according to the 10-K is headed to the pinks sheets if financing can't be found. REFR has never had a legitimate source of financing so you can kiss your butt good-bye.
