ECB President Trichet Interview with Handelsblatt

Analysis:
I am seeing first hints of European rate cuts.
It is not based on jobs but on spending.
Of course if no one has a job, no one spends but they are watching spending as opposed to jobs it seems.
They need to import some US consumers.
That would get things turned around in a hurry.
Alternately, we could set up a new business that teaches people how to spend money they do not have. The US seems to have a leading edge in talent here. One of our very strengths. ggg
