Do you understand that we have known about his torture chambers for a long time, Neocon? Do you see that it is a.... distasteful.... proposition to pretend that the torture chambers were a significant concern of the administration when it decided to invade Iraq? -- to pretend that they were, in fact, right up there with WMD, mushroom clouds, al-Qaeda-support, 9/11 responsibility, as a reason given for the war being imperative?

The repetitive present concentration by Bush and his fans on the torture chambers of that long-understood beast is understandable, but it is classic ignoratio elenchi, and we don't have to not notice.

Well, maybe you do, since you just don't understand. You try, I'm sure, but it's just too hard.
