Evil he was, but that's not the reason. Because he was the head of a terrorist army. He was well guarded. He had scores around him at all times, and could call hundreds, if not thousands at a few minutes notice.

This is well known to all sides in the conflict. Why don't you know it? How can you presume to pass judgments before learning the elementary facts of the case?

The arresting of someone is granting immunity? Is this US law?
