My mother and father bought a new house in Chevy Chase, MD in 1962 for $40,000 she sold it recently for $1,000,000.

Cambridge, MA is a small township outside of Boston, they're called the Socialist Republic of Cambridge... because of it's residents deep commitment to the elderly, homeless people and liberal politics.

Today, Cambridge has more $1 million dollar homes per square foot then anywhere in the USA. That discrepancy is remarkable, insightful, odd and a measure of the countries complications...!
