Depending upon how you view the law, wouldn't that either include or exclude every URL you post? I don't believe that giving someone's URL is posting or transmitting third party copyrighted information since all domain names are public record. It's not the same as copying and posting someone else's copyrighted material as one own. Posting a URL is nothing more than pointing someone else to the copyrighted material. The only thing I see that might be a problem is if you own the URL yourself and post it on SI. Under the TOU you may have just assigned SI free use of your copyrighted material. This is an area I am not sure the law is clear on at this point. I have always wondered if those who spam the URL of their own site all over SI, have carelessly voided the copyright of their site. I bet I could make a good argument that their copyright is null and void.
