I kinda have the opposite view -- we've been warned a ton of times -- there's been some serious carnage -- lots of doubt as to whether they'll go up cause the market is getting ready to crater -- yada, yada, yada -- but the technicals are fine and we've had some very nice sideways motion here -- also, more speculative names have cooled considerably -- when you get a minute pull up a chart of the flyers -- many of these stocks are well below last years highs and appear to be basing all the d*mn theories about this and that haven't done me any good -- I'll just watch the charts and read the stuff that folks excerpt from Heinz. I'll leave the daily warning about a crash in gold shares to Luc or some other nut on kitco ... it doesn't help me.
