Yup, very novel, so much that the "world community" seeks to bind the Israeli hands so they cannot apply that concept, or apply it only to their own "zealots" (which they do). Oh my God, let me get my violin out and play me a sad tune. Such schiesse......the Israelis have almost a free reign with the Palestinians....first, because they are regional superpower thanks to the US, and secondly, because we back them up, THE Superpower. God help the Palestinians if the US didn't force Israel and the Likud to show some restraint. BTW please explain how Israel justifies using the water under the West Bank for her personal use?
