Your source is wrong, no "tribunal" just supreme court "commission" (just like the current 9/11 commission) investigating the event. The "tribunal" (commission) did not have authority to "fire Sharon, hs position was simply untenable and her resigned "under fire". I actually read the report of the commission, I am sure if you search the internet you may find an English version, try and get the report itself, not how it is "painted" by interested parties.
