Well, yes and no... the problem with what Israel's doing is that they're trying to have their cake and eat it too... they're holding onto the West Bank and many of their citizens think of the WB as Greater Israel, yet they won't let the people there work in Israel proper. Of course, there are extenuating circumstances, but Israel isn't helping the situation any... -Z
