As I said, a way to try and make the UN irrelevant which is what Shrub et al tried to do before it went begging hat-in-hand for political cover in Iraq. Sounds like PNAC but without yammering covering its self-serving motives rather than scaring the world with tactical nuclear weapons roaming around in space. People are the same the world over, it's power grabbing which is exactly what is going on in the vacuum of Iraq. What if a pure democracy like Iraq votes in a fundamentalist regime?
