Again you go off on a tangent. Saddam is a diversion from the war on terror. The target is Osama, Ayman, Mullah Omar, the Taliban. The issue is not Saddam or Musharraf. We set out to go after them in Afghanistan. Bush gave up half way and turned towards Iraq. Initially he said it was because of Saddam's WMDs. When he realized there were no WMDs then he came up with manufactured goals such as oppression of the masses.

The question is why did Bush give up on Osama when he had them in hot pursuit. And why is he going after them now. Special forces were diverted to Baghdad from the mountains of Tora Bora. Why?
