What a coincidence. Another Texas oil company which is involved in Iraq. I would give 3 to 1 odds that junior or cheney has been involved with someone at the Texas oil company in the past.

It may have something to do with Haliburton for all I know. There's so much of this crap i'm not even going to bother looking it up.

"Litasko" (a 100% subsidiary of "LukOil") has signed a contract with American company Refinery Associate of Texas, Inc.

According to the contract, "Litasko" will supply northern Iraqi provinces with gas and diesel fuel.

"According to the contract, "Litasko" will be responsible for all operations concerning logistics, fuel supply and finances," states "LukOil"'s press-release. The contract expires within three months. However, there is a possibility of its prolongation up to additional 12 months. Quarterly supply of gas constitutes 180 000 tons and 130 000 tons of diesel fuel. The supplies will begin April 1 2004, reports RIA "Novosti".

"Litasko" has been registered in Geneva in 2000. The company mainly specializes in trade and shipment of oil and oil products. "Litasko" is an exclusive trader of "LukOIl"'s oil products.
