You can bet there will be a lot of hints from Intel to serverworks about information access being cut off.

That was what drove ServerWorks to AMD in the first place.

Wasn't this one of the issues in the Intel-Intergraph lawsuits? Or a secondary impact which became an issue rather when Intel apparently responded to the dispute. Since this was settled through mediation the validity of the 'abuse' was not resolved but seems obvious IMHO.

I would think Intel (or any other near/monopolist) would have to be reasonably even-handed in its information provided to third-party developers.
