The Markets are getting climatized to Terror, it seems, which will permit it to discard future events.

With all due respect, I think that is very, very inaccurate.
We have simply been very lucky, IMO that there have been no planned terrorist attacks on US soil since 9/11.

Okay, sure, I've heard of this foiled plot, or that one, but all in all I think we have just been plain lucky. Lucky there haven't been any planned major atacks.
I do not believe we are any more(or slightly at best only because of public's heightened awareness) secure a country than before the attacks.
All we've done is to allow government more control over our personal/private information and lost more civil liberties.
And when, if, there is a next terrorist attack on us, I believe the markets will react very negatively.
