Well, not really. I got back to Dell. I emailed the inefficient Manager and requested that he turn my business over to another manager which he did do promptly. The new manager is handling my business adequately. However, it is too difficult to communicate with Dell to inform them of my bad experience. It is almost impossible to speak with anybody with authority as they have many fire walls. They don't seem to want the feedback, but they should!!! Rap
