Wise up. Don't you realize what the implications of what you're posting. He's one of your kinda guys. That an idea like this was taken seriously in the Reagan-Poindexter era isn't the least surprising. What is, is that the author of that idea is now saying Dean was right when he said Saddam's capture didn't make us safer. It's what you might call the David Kay Effect. When a "dyed-in-the-wool" individual is so overwhelmed by events as to go against type, is when he is most believable.

All this desperate attempt to dig anything from Clarke's past to "hang" him with, is doing is making matters worse. It makes the Admin look desperate, and Clarke more believable. Didn't you hear Kerry say, "When you're in a deep hole, the first thing is to stop digging". Now, if you insist on proving Kerry's point, be my guest.

So much of a moron that he was appointed by President
Reagan, served the elder Bush and Clinton into the present times. How long does it take our leaders to recognize a moron as you put it....

Let's see Reagan, four years, Bush four years, Clinton eight years and we are in the fourth year of Bush.

Now you really have me worried about competency and who is working for the Federal Government whereas all along I had thought it was just Bush who was the moron.
