Much better. Sure, he could in some sense be prosecuted in Israel, for whatever it was worth. I am saying that the legitimacy of the tribunal would be questioned to such an extent that its verdict would have little value to the world at large, and that the attempt to enforce the verdict in an orderly manner would cause more deaths than it was worth. In any event, the Israelis are killing Hamas officials not primarily as a matter of justice, but as a matter of self- defense, to prevent future acts.
