As you know, I've said but one thing. You lied in your short report on Terayon, which is a crime. You consistently fail to address the issue, let alone apologize. I think I know who is the consistent A-hole. Dan B.

Rainman, You did commit a crime when you falsely made the claim that TERN did not sell a product that in fact they did sell. The fact that you correctly fortold the price decline that your LIE may have helped cause will have no bearing on the jury when justice is served and you are prosecuted. The fact that you continue to avoid addressing the simple fact that you did indeed LIE in an attempt to drive down the price of a stock tells me who the true A-hole is.
