Jake, your house of cards is falling down. Clarke knows the truth and he's an EXPERT in counter-terrorism.

All the efforts of Fox News, and the White House, and the White House surrogates will not stop the coming storm. That wind will blow away this little piece of aberrant history so that the Nation can recover its footing and get on with making a safer, more secure and better world for you and I and our children.

I hope you watched Clarke's questioning from the 9/11 Commission. Note that when he was questioned by the Democratic members his testimony was effective. When he was questioned by the Republican members, however, HIS TESTIMONY WAS EVEN MORE EFFECTIVE. It's an old adage for trial attorneys; NEVER take on an honest man who knows what he's talking about.

Did you like the parts where he utterly destroyed all the carefully constructed innuendos from the White House? I didn't think so.

Did you appreciate the part where he looked the Republican Commission member right in the eyes and said that the war in Iraq had seriously undermined the war on terror? Did you like the stunned silence from the Commission, the press and the audience that ran on for at least 5 seconds? I bet you hated that, didn't you?

You can only keep the truth buried for a time before it sprouts and seeks the light.
