This stock scam is the quintessiential rip off scheme whose only claim to fame is publishing 100's of materially misleading statements and some that many of us consider outlandish lies or complete fraud. Despite what the pigs promoting this scheme say, REFR has never had a veriifed sale of a product in its entire 39 year history. All references to sales to Boeing, Airbus, BMW, Daimler, or other companies are fantasies created by delusioned investors who cannot find buyers for their stock. No sale to any of these entities has ever been verified to stuckholders either by REFR or any of its licensee. In fact, the only company that was supposedly producing SPD (SPDi)has been written down to 1/3 of its original value after only 2 years. No verification exists that the plant was ever operational. SPDi claimed in 2002 to be filling backorders for SPD. Yet today, several years after the fact, it seems that in order to even find a sample of SPD one might have to travel half a continent away, or even more. The operators of this company have raped investors and are responsible for the massive losses incurred by being materially dishonest with investors while lining their pockets with cash like there was no tommorrow. Well, in REFRs case "no tommorrow" might be sooner than one thinks. Based on the last Edgar filing REFR is about to run out of cash for operations. Also, based on supposed royalties from sales of SPD, REFR licensees would have to sell about $50,000,000 worth annually just to break even. If you have questions regarding sales of SPD products I suggest that you call every licensee REFR lists in their filings. If you can find a single one that even admits to having heard of SPD, please let us know. If you find one that said they sold a SPD product ask the simple questions one normally would: to whom was it sold, what was the date of the sale, what product was it, and of course the phone number of that individual for verification. Of course, not a single poster here can identify a single sale in the past 39 years. Not one. If you should find one it would be a first. BTW, if you invest now you can only lose 25% of what the current longs have lost. Count your blessings.
