(sorry, bb -- meant to respond to the above) He knows -- or thinks he knows -- precisely how to make big bucks exploiting popular culture. With his trademark, he'll be able to sue those who might "commercialize usage" of those words. The whole culture seems to be begging for abuse. i.e. the "i'll risk death to make a million dollars and be filmed doing so" reality shows. Quite the gladiators-are-good society we live in.
