Very nice. Just keep turning that rope around the Democrats' necks. This "the Devil made me do it" defense is exactly the sort of thing to destroy Clarke's credibility. He has admitted that he compromised his own integrity simply to keep his job, simply for money. Gives us no reason to think he is not doing exactly the same thing right now. The GOP needs to keep turning this rope and then choke the Democrats completely to death with it. Where is John Kerry? LOL.
