But REFR licensees have made several sales, which include customers like Daimler Chrysler, Boeing, Airbus, etc.

smartglass.com

In September, DaimlerChrysler's web site featured a video news release about their Setra luxury tour bus rolling off the production line in their Neu Ulm factory with a "TopSky" panoramic roof featuring SPD-Smart glass supplied by our licensee, SPD Incorporated. This video (which you can access by going to DaimlerChrysler.com and clicking on the DaimlerChrysler TV button on the left and then selecting the September 4, 2003 video news release) prominently highlights the Setra's SPD-Smart glass roof as a key marketing feature. Since then, a number of additional Setra busses offer this feature, including twenty of their "Otto Kässbohrer 100th birthday TopClass 400 edition," busses which "is rapidly becoming a best-seller," according to Werner Staib, who is responsible for the Setra brand within Daimler's EvoBus Board of Management. According to DaimlerChrysler's video about the Setra, over three years of extensive testing and validation went into the production of this SPD-Smart glass roof, and we congratulate our licensee Hankuk Glass Industries' SPD Inc. subsidiary for this milestone accomplishment.

Bang, bang!
