Clarke has failed to serve the country with his book or his testimony. There is nothing solid he has to offer up, he only serves to stirs the pot and comes across as a little dog who wants everyone to think of him as the lead dog. He must have a guilty conscience and wants his fifteen minutes of fame followed with profits from his useless book. He obviously hasn't been able to sell his crap to more than a small few. Where does this clown think he gets the right to give an apology for so many? He needs only to look into a mirror to find who he should issue an apology for.
