COVD - "In Play® 7:29AM Covad Comms says GoBeam deal is limited to 20.2 mln shares (COVD) 1.85: Co files a Form 8-K with the SEC regarding its previously announced acquisition of GoBeam, a privately owned provider of VoIP services, for $48 mln in stock. The actual number of shares to be issued will be based on a formula based on the trading price of Covad stock, but the agreement limits the maximum to 20.2 mln shares.
