I would be inclined to think so, too. It certainly looks like their recovery is going much slower than anticipated and a little shock might do them good.

I was only interested to see that inflation might actually increase in the next couple of months due to the base effect. And that ECB might wait for that to pass rather than cut now and then look like an idiot when inflation comes out above the target 2% level.
