Do you believe that, since 9/11, measures have been taken to prevent a similar attack from happening again?

If so, those same measures could have been taken before 9/11, thus preventing the attack.

Well sure C2! We can and do. All the time. And some times we get it right.

But we never get it right all the time. And as to the nub, I don't see much point in asking the question could the WTC have been saved? It wasn't saved. And it couldn't be guaranteed protection. That seems to be the point for me.
