Yeah, that ('But that changed, as he joked on national radio that the process of annulment can be confusing...') was moderately funny --- considering how ponderously un-funny Kerry is.

But I thought the video of Bush crawling around under his desk in the Oval Office, pretending to look for the 'Weapons of Mass-Destruction', was even funnier!
