This is the crux of the outsourcing issue. My company on the verge of spending huge sums to build manufacturing facilities has come to the conclusion after they read the report of their consultant Deloitte and Touche. I am happy Kerry it going to tackle this right off.

Another one is that American companies who make profits abroad and park their profits abroad should be required to pay their taxes on the profits. Right now they are not taxed. The only break they should get is if they bring those profits back to the US and build job/retraining programs here in the US.
