We all know guys like clark. They are wannabees. He probably has convinced himself that he had all the answers back then. But his problem is that he only imagines that he had the balls to take a stand back then, if he actually had those conclusions back then. He has built himself up way out of proportions. He is a bureaucrat and policy maker wannabee. It is easy to go back in time and say you were for or against things after the fact. Yeah you may have a thought back then but as it was one of a million thoughts and now you just go pick that one and build it up. Mike

whether Clarke lied under oath ....... the request had come from House Speaker Dennis Hastert and Rep. Porter Goss, the chairman of the House intelligence committee.

Obviously, they think they have got him. In Dem terms, a "lying liar who lied."
